HEADLINE RESULT
CONDITIONAL GO on Option B+: partner-led, stage-gated entry with four conditions precedent.
As first drawn, no entry mode clears a 12% hurdle (Base NPV: Direct -RM2.6m, Partnership -RM0.5m,
Distributor -RM3.9m). With the four conditions secured, the partnership plan gives Base NPV RM5.7m,
IRR 28.5%, peak cash at risk RM6.8m, break-even at 70% of planned volume.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RELYING ON THE NUMBERS
1. The client is an ILLUSTRATIVE mid-sized Indian ERP vendor (no client data was supplied). Replace the
RM12m risk-appetite placeholder, prices and cost inputs on the Assumptions sheet with actuals.
2. Official data (DOSM establishment counts, GDP, tax rates, regulatory dates) are sourced. Funnel
percentages, sales productivity, prices and scenario probabilities are judgements, flagged in yellow
on the Assumptions sheet and listed with a validation plan on the Sources sheet.
3. All value arises after Year 3 (3-year NPV is negative for every option). The Year 4-6 growth fade is
a judgement; the workbook shows NPV with and without it.
4. Items marked "verify" (e-invoicing relaxation dates, foreign equity position, Employment Pass
thresholds, loss carry-forward) had conflicting or secondary sources. Confirm with Malaysian counsel.
The report is not legal, tax or investment advice.
5. Sensitivity tornado, break-even and path-to-value tables in the workbook are static snapshots
(a staleness check on the Dashboard turns red if inputs change). WACC x growth grids and the FX
table are live. Change inputs on the Assumptions sheet (blue cells) and everything else recalculates.
